Here are some words we use over and over again, to try to speak Japanese. You can use them too!
Hello=konnichiwa
goodbye=sayonara
excuse me=sumimasen (we use this a lot)
please=kudasai
thank you=arigato gozaimashta
good morning=ohayo gozaimasu
I understand=wakarimashta
I don't understand=wakarimasen (we use this more)
